Causes of Leaky Water:-
  •  The temperature of hot and cold water changes within the pipe might cause some pipes to burst or crack leading to leakages. Some pipes freeze during winter and contract, when water runs through them, the expansion causes crevices to form which in time lead to leaks.

  • As you know toilets are one the most common sources of leaks in the home, and usually go unnoticed because the leaks are often silent and out of view. Our several research studies have found that 50% of people have problem of residential toilets leak to some degree. Large toilet leaks can be detected when the valve constantly emits a hissing sound when the toilet is not in use.

  • When your pipes are contact with corrosion then at that it will affect on your pipes and usually caused by excessive velocity. This is typically encountered when water makes sudden changes in direction through "flow" obstacles such as burrs and excess solder from improperly soldered joints.

  • Tree roots are also cause problems when water and sewage pipes connected to your home crack, releasing small amounts of water vapour into the surrounding soil. This attracts tree roots, which burrow their way into pipes and eventually cause blockages.
